Refund policy

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, return or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed for eligible returns.

For prepaid orders, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway or banking institution.

For Cash on Delivery orders, eligible refunds will be processed through an appropriate refund method after the required customer details are received.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, return shipping arrangements may be provided as applicable.

For other eligible returns, shipping or return charges may apply depending on the product and circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our applicable cancellation terms.
